What to Expect on Your First Visit
We want your first visit to be smooth and informative. During your initial 90-minute appointment, your dedicated dentist, Dr. Marxen or Dr. Hwang, will take the time to get to know you and understand your dental health goals.

Your concerns, needs, and expectations are important to us. We'll take the time to truly hear what you're looking for and go over your complete dental and medical history to get a full picture of your health.
We’ll give you a thorough examination
Our team will conduct a comprehensive exam of your teeth and mouth, including an oral cancer screening using new technology that can detect oral cancer with much greater efficacy than the naked eye.
We’ll maintain clear communication
We'll discuss any proposed treatment with you and provide you with a copy of your treatment plan. You'll also have plenty of time to ask any questions you may have regarding treatment and costs.

Understanding your financial options helps you to make informed decisions for your smile care. We work with many dental insurance providers and are happy to help you understand your benefits. In each room, you can snuggle under a warm blanket while you watch your favorite movie on your own easily viewable flat-screen TV or listen to your favorite music through our Escient 4-terabyte multimedia system, which offers an extensive choice of movies or music.
For those who need a little extra help relaxing, we offer nitrous oxide, even for exams and cleanings. We’re also licensed to perform sedation dentistry for a deeper level of relaxation during your treatment.
